Our STANDARD PLAN includes Spring and Fall tune-ups and Summer/Winter adjustments, as well as all emergency service calls that may be necessary at any time during the year for your oil/gas burner or air conditioner and controls.
Standard Plan for Oil Heating
Overhaul of burner
Flush low water cutoff
Clean fuel pump and regulate pressure
Check expansion tank and water circulator
Oil all motors
Test and adjust all burner electrical equipment and controls
Inspect oil filter, lines and connections
Clean furnace and flue pipe to chimney
Check and seal air leaks around furnace door and base
Regulate oil burner for maximum efficiency and economy
Inspect and adjust blower
Standard Plan for Gas Heating
Clean and adjust thermostat
Clean air filter
Clean and adjust safety controls
Check flue pipe
Clean burners and controls
Shut down central air conditioner
Clean and adjust pilot assembly
Turn exposed dampers to heating position if market (no balancing)
Adjust burner for efficiency
Check total performance and operating efficiency of heating system
Lubricate all moving parts
Check belt and adjust tension
Standard Plan for Cooling Systems
Check operating pressures with gauges
Check belt and adjust tension
Check voltage and amperage to all motors with meter
Clean air filter
Check air temperature drop across evaporator
Check electrical lockout circuits
Check for adequate refrigerant charge and possible leaks
Check starting contractors
Lubricate all moving parts
Check all wiring and connections
Clean and adjust thermostat
Check air temperature across condenser
Check that condensate drain is open
Turn exposed dampers to cooling position if marked (no balancing)
